Here are our top 8 strategies:

  1. Make Workflows Efficient
    Efficiency is paramount when you have tens of thousands of users, numerous admins and instructors and thousands of classes per year. A tiny improvement in automation or process efficiency can free up a lot of budget to put where it’s most important…into training content.

    If your learning organization and LMS are (or are going to be) centralized, then each country and region must feel like the learning program was designed for them. If not, they will do their own thing—which will increase costs and create inconsistencies.

    Creating technology silos is a big no-no for most companies—especially true for large enterprises. A “basic” LMS generally provides just one solution for a single department OR just one solution for a single learning problem or challenge. It has limited flexibility to add new learning features or functionalities, and offers limited scalability to accommodate new learning groups or users.
  4. Scale to Your Speed of BusinessLarge Global Training Organizations
    An enterprise-class LMS can natively scale to accommodate larger, expanding user groups. So if you decide to add training for partners or rollout a new sales program, you can begin immediately without having to worry if your LMS can keep up.
